WINbye is freely distributable shareware. It is not free software. It may be
distributed as-is as long as no fee is charged beyond a small shipping or
distribution charge.

You may use WINbye at no cost for 30 days. After that time you must pay for it. 
Registration is US $10.00.

Registration entitles the use of one copy of WINbye 16 and one copy of WINbye
32 on the same computer or network. It also gives you a User Registration Code
that disables the irritating shareware nag screen.
